How quickly can I start using the fulfillment services?

This largely depends on you and the quality and quantity of the products in your portfolio.
Please note that we follow a thorough and careful onboarding process, which means it may take several weeks until everything is fully set up and running smoothly.
However, in simpler cases, we can implement the optimal fulfillment system within as little as one week.

Until what time do you process and dispatch same-day orders to courier services?

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) are handed over to courier partners on the same day, ensuring next-day delivery.

How are my products stored in the warehouse? What is your storage method?

Each product is stored in a way that suits its characteristics — the placement depends on size, packaging needs, and picking frequency.
For example, large items cannot be stored on shelves, while small items are typically not placed on pallets.
You’re welcome to see it for yourself during a personal visit to our warehouse.

What happens if a product arrives at the warehouse damaged?

During inbound processing, our staff checks the quality of the products. If there’s even minor damage to the packaging, we notify our partner immediately, who can then decide how to proceed.
For example, if the outer packaging is damaged, we inspect the contents and, based on your instructions, either set the item aside or place it into storage.
Please note: All claims or complaints toward suppliers must be handled directly by our partners.

What kind of reports will I receive, and how often?

All data is available online in our ERP system, so you can generate and export reports anytime you need. Reports can be requested on the following metrics:

  • Monthly sales volume
  • Weekly sales volume
  • Daily sales volume
  • Average order value
  • Inventory levels
  • Purchases
  • Inbound deliveries
  • Stock movements
How does inventory management work?

Since every inbound and outbound movement is recorded in our system, you can check your stock and generate inventory reports at the push of a button.
Of course, a physical stock check is still essential, so we recommend performing an inventory at least once a year, preferably every six months.
All product movements are tracked digitally, giving you a clear and accurate overview of all warehouse activity.

What happens if my package is delivered to the wrong address?

Our company always ships packages to the recipient address provided in the order. Since we automatically import order data from our partners’ webshops, address errors are virtually eliminated — unless the customer themselves entered an incorrect address.
If, however, the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and ensure the package is delivered to the correct address at no additional cost to our partner.

How and when do webshop owners receive their cash-on-delivery payments?

This is agreed upon during our initial discussions, but in general, cash-on-delivery (COD) amounts are transferred weekly. If needed, we are flexible and can adjust the payout schedule to your preferences.

How does inbound storage work?

After the products arrive, they are placed in designated storage locations prepared specifically for them.
We always have real-time visibility of the quantity of each product at every storage location.

How quickly are my packed products shipped?

Packed products are handed over to the courier services the same day, and delivery takes place on the next business day.

What happens if a product goes missing or is damaged during storage or packaging?

f the loss or damage of a product can be clearly attributed to our fault, we will fully compensate our partner for the resulting damage.
Compensation is based on the product’s purchase cost.
